I get that he lost all of his muscles, but Dillet was super wide back in the day.  How the fuck is he so narrow now?  Did his clavicles shrink?

No clavicle width to begin with,  all illusion with the balloon delts, he still had a puny neck too

Arnold is 80. Paul is what 55? 60? Also African American Canadians  typically  are not at risk of osteoporosis.

That said, I imagine many weightlifting and bodybuilders have joint and cartilage degradation. Which would result in loss of height and width.
