Thats wild looking. It looks a little strange. Almost like implants.

There was a couple a few years ago that were competing in fairly low-level events but they gained quite a bit of attention for all the implants they had. I think the dude had ab implants,  chest implants and biceps implants. When he got down to a really low bodyfat you could see the outline of the implants

looks like the short head bicep has a short attachment at the distal tendon and the long head has a short insertion at the proximal and distal ( making it peak alot)
