Never heard of this gym.
I don't care what their message or vision is. I never will.
If they have good equipment (which must include a pullover machine), are open 24/7/365, , and if the monthly fee is reasonable, then sounds good to me.

There is one near me in Boca, heard its top notch.

Do you feel it works your lats well? I really want to like it especially since Dorian liked it so much LOL but I don't know if it does much for me so I've been skipping it. Mechanistically it should though.

I've only ever used an old Nautilus pullover machine up at the Powerhouse Gym in New Haven. I really liked it and felt a great stretch and contraction in the lats. I've been doing decline dumbbell pullovers and regular dumbbell pullovers recently and my lats have been sore. No gym close to me has a pullover machine. I really wish they did.

That Nautilus Pullover was the best!

Ok. If you use bands with the db pullover it will be much better. Maybe you tried it already 8)
Anyone use this machine and if so what kind of loads did you use? My friends including a young natural fella used about 350lbs of plates for 12 reps. I'm strong on some movements but I couldn't get close to that when I had acces to this machine :'(

Never really liked it because that bar across the middle should have been round for easier holding. That flat piece sucks.

Ooo I’ll try that next time I do them. Last time I used the Nautilus pullover was around 2012 and I remember I had trouble getting my arms in the right place. Felt very heavy to me. That Nautilus Pullover was the best!
That’s the one!

Not many gyms I’ve been to have had the Nautilus machine, but my HS gym had one it was memorably excellent.
Smooth and natural movement that I try to re create the best I can on my Total Gym.

All these gyms, it wasn’t a lucrative business back then and it certainly isn’t one now

I won`t be in attendance!! ;)

I thought the flat bar was strange too, though I assume you aren't supposed to hold there, I didn't love the machine overall. Never had the chance to try the original Nautilus piece.
