Regan just a tiny bit harder and it wouldn't be a question, not that Moore is harder anyway

Regan looks like he's skipped a few years of Back+Biceps days. 

Have you ever seen a pro with worse biceps?  I'm in awe at how small they are.  Joke FDB, flat RDB, even the side chest...

Whole back is shit-tier too.  Lats in particular. 

And then there's the nerve-damaged 12" calves...

This clown really shouldn't be winning any shows, looking like that.  The judges got it right.
