Looks good! A few tips. Try to squeeze/collapse your knees together more. Valgus knee collapse is fine during sumo deadlifts despite what science based lifters claim. Your hips are moving too slowly before your back. Try to lift your hips much more and way before your back rises. Lats are the weak link for most folks during deadlifts and too many folks focus on lat activation during deads. Relax your lats by rounding your spine (neck down to hips) as much as possible and make sure your back increases the rounding as the lift is happening. Lastly, relax your core and work on bringing your head forward and down as you relax your core then look upwards as you reach the top of the deadlift. Think: As you pull up, look upwards and tilt back of head to heels. Good luck!

Only a jealous person would say that.

I did 475 when I was in my 20's and, trust me, it isn't worth it.
-
Only a jealous person would say that.
Thx bro
are you the daft kunt I had a back and forth with on FB about your shitty form?
-
Bhank is personal training now ???
-
This better be a joke, right?
Obviously horrendous form and way more weight than a scrawny guy (me included) to be attempting.
In the 2010’s over did more than just weight lifting and hurt my back.
I am so thankful to be normal again, but it literally took years and hurt like hell.
Depressing and emasculating to the point I would never put myself in that position again.
I was a guy in my 30’s and I saw guys in their 50’s like look kids compared to my hunched pain.
The best types of workouts are not free weights for me anymore. Cable work on a Total Gym helps me because “ The main difference is how much stabilization and joint loading your body has to handle.”

Holy fuck thats bad.

The person in the video is not you. Nice try. You are now around age 50.
Your account was made active about 23 years ago.
The person in the video was a child in 2003.

lol Rocket has pulled over 500. Why would anyone think this is him?
-
Poor kid. The back isn't something to screw with.

Only a jealous person would say that.
I was only jealous of Bhanky when he had those hydraulic car lifts.
He doesn't have them anymore though.
