In the US, the cost to make a custom snapback baseball cap generally ranges from $8 to $25+ per hat for a bulk manufacturing order. If you are buying unbranded, blank hats in bulk to decorate yourself, the cost drops significantly to $2 to $6 per hat. Oh that makes all the difference in the world then.
