These guys Ll look the same because they train the same. Synthol synthol synthol, pussy workouts and a lot of.drugs and food. What are we supposed to find inspiring among the current crop of pros? They are essentially all the same, you can shuffle them around year after year and who cares really? HIY MAME KRIZO BODYBUILD.JA JA? JA. No one looks at these dudes and thinks GOSH I NEED TO RENEW MY GYM MEMBERSHIP! it's quite depressing bodybuilding has been a huge part of my entire adult life and now I feel.retarded for all the time and thought I have wasted. Why doesn't Arnold take over since the weiders died? He stopped promoting the sport but it desperately needs leadership and promotion. And for fucks sake it needs judges with eyes that work and some type of standard criteria that keeps the competitors and the stage lighting guys all in line

its because people have finally realised its about stretching the fibres and filling the muscles with glycogen and nitrogen.. heavy intesne traing does literally fuck all for growing new muscle, its scientifically impossible
