Pain in the ass to use though. You have to cut out all anti-inflammatories out of your diet. No Omega 3's(fish oil), no NSAIDS, no CLA, no Sesamin, keep PB and salmon low etc etc etc. Pain in the ass, but lost a good deal of fat while LBM shot up.

We are loosening up some of the recommendations concerning diet. The guidelines were set because a few people were "non-responsive" due to strong dietary factors (very high levels of certain anti-inflammatory nutrients). We are finding, however, that so long as your diet is balanced you should be fine. Fish 2X a week is fine, PB is OK, just don't live on the stuff, and don't supplement fish/flax/CLA.
Glad to hear you did well on it. Our clinicals from Baylor and Benedictine Universities are due out soon, and show not only that the product works, but that it is very safe too.

not even close. X-Factor by far.
