I was wondering if you guys could help me out I am looking for new ways to season my chicken or ways to not make it tast so dry. I do use a Forman grill so I know that has somthing to do with it. But sometimes I just cook it in a pan.

TRy a rub from the gourmet isle of the market. If your not super picky about the sodium thing. The forman will kick the hell out chicken so marinate before cooking 30 min to all day. Punch holes in it with a fork. I'll also boil a ton of chicken breast on a monday and make chicken salad with nuts and celery. i got the receipe from Jim Shibler (not spelled correct) he's this healthy cooking guy, real ripped, try his stuff. I'm sure he has a site and he's also in Iron Man.

Is the Foreman the only option you have to cook with? If not I'd recommend on the grill nothing will get your chicken juicier. If all you have is the foreman I agree with headhunter, marinate it for awhile. I like to marinate my chicken in water and lemon pepper seasoning.

Easy Chicken Boobies
1 Reynolds Cooking Bag
6 Chicken Breasts
Marinade of your choice (about 1 cup)
Throw the boobs in the bag with the marinade. Squish. Cut a few slits in bag.
Put in/on cooking dish/tray and bake about 45 mins @ 350. Tender & juicy - no mess.

Whatever you like. Just pick up one of those packets you mix with water, like zesty herb or mesquite...

Im gonna have the same problem coming up here soon with the Apartment I am moving into. The landlord said we could have a grill but there is really no where to keep one cuz theres no porch or anything just a sidewalk so it cant be left outside. Even when I cook chicken on the grill i keep it in water to help it thaw out and even after its thawd i leave it in a bowl of water until I am ready to put it on the grill. I most often eat my chicken with Barbeque sauce or that Lemon Pepper seasoning I mentioned earlier.

get a wood mallet and pound the chicken breasts into scallopini. then fry lightly in an oil free non-stick pan (for maybe 2 minutes per side), remove and then cover with rice, chopped up (fine) brocolli, and role up... then bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Slice into sushi-style rolls and dip in the bbq sauce of your choice... seems like a lot of work but you can make shitloads in advance...
