Well, Im out of shape, what can I say. Im 230lbs, 5'8". I wanted to share these, but i changed my mind.. gonan wait till I drop 30.

Yes, I dont see why I should turn to the dark side. I want to just get in really goos shape again, abs, etc, Im hiding alot of good mucle under this fat.
My philosophy is, if I went to the dark side, and competed, I would have to do many many drugs to do what id like to do.. no thanks..I might contemplate a natural show if I get down to 190.

Alexx, it was a screw up.. I was down to 215 october 2005. Looking good, then i was a bonehead and decided to try "musclemilk" thinking i was gonna lose too much muscle.. well, what you see happened..Im not happy, i look like crap. But im gonna work to get into good shape again..Id like to get to 210-215.

Thanks everyone. Well i hoping I can be sharp at 190lbs..no less..so, say 220 should be my true off season weight..I should drop 15-10lbs this month (may), and well see how i look.

Thats what im doing now Armz, all sugars, fruits, fruit juices, u name it. out. hoping for the best.

Im not that strong, I guess ive been injury free thank god for a reason. Most I benched is 365, and squat and 405 for 3-4 no belt, no knee wraps, and perfect form ass to grass (never use belt or knee wraps). Train for a good pump once in a while i try to get nutty, but as a natty thats not nutty for most folks here.. ;D But im looking for my six pack end of june..ill keep you all posted..diet going good thus far. Just want to get in great shape now..

Thanks! Yes They are, hopefully i brought up my upperbody enough during the long offseason. we'll see...Im posting pics beginning of june, i should weigh 225. (top pics im 238-235)
