You messed up big ime bro. You should have trained natuarally for another few years. There is no turning back now. Trust me on this one, your first cycle will be like this after your first gains are not as easy. Good luck with everything

Alexx its plain and simple your the best im greatful u posted on here i dont know what i would have done if u didnt tell me that. Anyway the diet was around 7,000 to 6,200 cal i would it 12ounce turkey 8-10 green beans 1 apple 2tbsp captri 4 times in between protein shakes and i took 6 liver and 4 amino acid with every meal . I change some stuff like to carrots and pears thats about it.

Alright then as long as we are on the same page. :)

Dude I think you should do it natural for a few more years before you start. Youll have better success when you do use them. Then again if you Test level is really low that is a good question.

Are you sure you're getting that many cal from that diet? I doubt it, I'd recheck your totals http://www.nutritiondata.com/index.html
Also, sounds like you are taking in a lot of shakes by the wording of your post. Shakes are usefull but by no means should they make up a large portion of your diet...you can eat back to back solid food meals. I typically have one shake per day post/training, I'll throw one more in there if I'm strapped for time during the day, but this is a rarity since I have my meals already pre-cooked. If I wake up at night starving I might have a shake then, but this is not often.
As far as using AAS at your age that is not something I recommend but I won't bust your balls for doing so, that choice is yours. Do your homework on the subject and be as smart about it as you can.

It would take WAAAAAAYYYYYYY more than 4 meals of the above and some preotein shakes to acheive a 7K cal diet....you sure you've got the nutritional aspect down?

alexxx, Nothing personal but you have nothing to positive or informative to contribute to the steroid board. If you're just going to fuck with people then go to gossip board or something.

Baby Arnold is right.
You need to eat.
Food.
Don't depend on shakes for the bulk of your nutritional needs.
I think you need to get your diet down before you start AAS.
