Good arms in the front lat spread. Tough pose to handle I guess. The way Freakzilla does it makes his physique stand out, doubt I've seen any amateur does it better.

Mike, you are still looking big and getting razor sharp!
Lat spread, hard pose to master, try this...stand relax facing front, flare out lats and just place hands over obliques and lean slightly back and lift chest up...and don't forget to flex your legs!

Regardless where you place, you are already a winner...You have the dedication, drive, and discipline...
But we can't let up now, this is the time (last 4-5) weeks where you must really step EVERYTHING UP...And be extra nice to Laura, she is your #1 support system, just like Diana is mine!

simply put..................... .....could not do this without Laura
girl works a full time job
cooks all my meals
cleans all the dishes/mess
wakes me up twice a nite to eat/shakes @ 3:30 and 6:30 even tho she has to work herself
put's up with me
does my food logs (totals them does all the figuring/math)
does my payroll/scheduling for Personal training clients
makes flyers.business cards
posters all for my PT business on the computer
runs/manages my website
helps me with my posing/is my photographer
she is incredible!

Sure he will. He seems to appreciate you,however, after he is finished he will be more than ready to eat crap for awhile....probably right in front of you as you diet...haha. jk :)

Well said! DO NOT let up one bit Mike & leave it all onstage.When you walk off,I'll have a large pizza w/whatever you want on it waiting for you,but that's still 3 wks away.Practice those mandatory's & your posing rountine as much as possible.Practice so much,when you go to bed,you dream about it & keep killing those ABS!!!!!
