Phil Heath spend weeks and months getting ready for the Colorado Pro. So far , Phil is 6 out of 6 wins in bodybuilding, not bad, in fact incredible.
Hany has been working with Phil for 8 weeks now, getting him ready for the pro ranks! And look what Hany accomplished! Hany is the best guru out there!!!
Darrem Charles must be fuming at Hany, because if Hany didn't help Phil, Darrem would of won!
All athletes - Hany is the man!!!!

I think that Phil Heath and his great genetics also had something to do with it :)
Hany helped advise him into his first pro show, but Phil was a superstar from the beggining.

I was never told why I was banned, found out by trying to respond to the lame ass mods MIKE and ROXI. Apparently me promoting my clients wasn't acceptable over there since my clients didn't post on the boards. I used to give reports from shows and contribute but as soon as an interview or story linked to bodybuilding.com went up, bubye. ::) I can only assume now that I help Ron on this site that didn't help any. Like I give two shits, I'll respond here and it will find its way over there like everything else that originates on Getbig.

I just called Hany, and asked him how long has he been working with Phil? Hany said that they started sometime around the Nationals, in November 2005. Hany is definately not taking credit for Phil's win. He said to me specifically that Phil's hard work and phenominal genetics is what made him win. All Hany did is advise him in different aspects of contest preparations. No way would Hany take credit for anyone's win. The athletes has to be hard working and determined to compete well. Phil did the work and had the genetics to win this show, and many others!

I doubt Darrem would have won regardless of Hany's help with Phil. The one who truly assisted in Phil Heath's win is his mother for giving him the genetics he has.

Just wanted to chime in here and say thanks Hany for helping me for this contest, we really worked hard and it all paid off. I never spoke about this joint-venture before because it is really no one's business, but I am glad to have Hany as a friend and consultant as he knows his stuff. Many will make comments about his character, but he's a great guy with an even greater ability to motivate his athletes. He worked non-stop, day and night the week of the contest to ensure that I would be at my very best. I have never met anyone this dedicated toward their athletes, which is why I spoke to him about contest prep. I always did mine [prep] before, even though I would talk to other friends, but when we met, we clicked right away and that is why we were able to get the job done. It's like that verse in that movie, "Starsky and Hutch" when Big-Snoop Dogg tells Owen Wilson and that Gaylord Focker-guy (lol), 'I lay it out, so ya'll can play it out!' and that is what he did, he gave me instruction and I executed. I will continue using Hany for contest prep as it allows me to focus on training and other endeavors, which has really made me more calm and less freaked out over nothing going into a show. If you're reading this Hany, thanks but we've got work to do because dem' boys this weekend are hungry and BIG!

Hany clearly broke it down in MD also- That writing style is MUCH more like Ron Harris' (remember his fake account here to talk about how built he was?) than Hany. Hany seems like a pretty cool guy. No one ever has anything bad to say about him.

Yes, I logged on to read the board - the one where people were claiming I was giving special treatment to women regarding the graphicmuscle photos and why they were up first. When I logged in to set the record straight it said I was not allowed to post. As I stated - "I've been banned from posting on there." Maybe it's because of all the "pimping" I did over there. ::)

I think Ron Harris will verify that Hany didn't say that, someone else wrote that caption. Ronnie and Hany are friends, and Hany has made some very big deals for Ronnie, including helping with the BSN deal.

Met both Roxi and Mike at the Ironman Pro - nothing bad to say about them. They have their rules and community there, and I respect that. Don't like it - don't go there. But stop complaining about it.
All I can do is verify that he's not ever been banned and that he logged in on the 15th to read the board. We have no reason to ban him.
Not sure about this one, but there is a different between going to a site, but not being able to post.
As for trainers and advisors, many competite pros and amatuers works with them. For motivation, for another look at yourself that can give you a unbiased look, and so on. As for Hany, while he can get a little excited once in a while, he definately has a very good track record on a variety of athletes in the last few years. And yes, he has competed before in a contest.

Phil's genetics are so good, i am sure he could even work with TOM PRINCE and still look good... ok ok ok.. maybe not LOL
