Looking at his form and the weights he lifts I can believe he is natural.

Yeah, he diets so far out from contests ,too :o. His extraordinary conditioning is probably the reason people think he uses.
-
skip is natural except he takes 40 ius of GH a day and 5 grams of test a week
-
If they're bigger, harder and more ripped than the top pros of the 1970s, who used lots of anabolic steroids, then it is very unlikely that they're natural. If they're in the 40s, when natural test production is a fraction of what it was when they were in their 20s, it's even more unlikely.
-
The bottom line is he maybe he may not be , but the natural movement is such a farce it is hard to beleive any one when they say they are , this has been proving time and time again !!

Nutrition and supplements, as well as training knowledge, have come far enough that it isn't unreasonable for them to be bigger than 1970's guys. After all, Ronnie Coleman turned pro as a natural.
-
Yes, he is 100% natural.
No steroids, No gh, No insulin, No thyroids. In person he is not anywhere near being as big as an IFBB pro.........It is realistic and possible to get this conditioning, when you have so many years practice.

Soy protein is an modified extract of soybeans, that has been chemically altered through use of chemicals, and is considered natural...
Then should Testosterone which is a modified extract of Sarasparilla should be considered natural also?

You are correct, Al-Gebra :-[

Creatine? Designer Whey? I don't think so. If you read the old magazines, you'll find that pretty much every nutrition or training technique used today was being used by someone back then.

They were using ineffective things like HIT and full body routines 3 times a week. There are so many more supplements than creatine and whey protein. ::) Muscletech didn't even exist when those Ironage guys were in their primes.
-
Man just imagine if Arnold was able to use muscletech back then.... ::)
retard.

regarding training: Everyone was trying everything, so name a technique, and I guarantee that a hand full of top athletes were using it in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s.
regarding Muscletech: other than protein, vitamins, EFAs and perhaps caffiene, there isn't a supplement that you can currently buy over the counter that will have any significant effect on your physique. All those NO supplements, HGH supplements, and all the rest, are snake oil.

Have you even tried Gakic or Leukic? I've known people who gained 20 pounds in a month from those. Their doctors thought that they were on steroids! :o

Jesus was on both and he still was crucified for your sins... ;D

Those supplements gave him the strength to carry the cross! :o God bless Muscletech for assisting in the murder of my Lord and Savior!
