I saw in MOC video that it is out....Does anyone know if it is worth buying?

in all these videos outthere, those pro tell us every training tips, nutrition, and all these bull sh..t
but they never tell you how much juice goes along with it. I guess millions of kids outhere still believe their Heroes get that big by only Training hard and eat a lot, and got to 295lbs with 2% body fat..lol ;D ;D pathetic sport

I enjoyed the video and have watched it a couple times.  There's some good interviews and then the same old s*%t with the guys that are on there every year.  Poundages are down for obvious reasons, but it's one of the best BFTO ever put out.

As for the juice comment...it's a tool, a small percentage not the secret to there success as pros, genetics are! ::)

Hey Slick Vic, If u are a true Hardcore Bodybuilding Fan , then Yes it is worth buying . Alot of great training footage
