Here is a picture of me from a few years back. I've lost a lot of weight since then and weigh 160 pounds now.

pick up the phone, contact Dorian and see if he can assist you with your training? You may need to go to the UK.. However, that's a small price to pay to get back into the spotlight.

I did heavy compound exercises for 3 sets of 8 reps, once a month and a few bodypart specific exercises for 3 sets of 8 reps, also once a month.

I did one marathon a day for cardio ;D It really kept me lean. ;D
