The best price I've found on Whey Protein Isolate is $5.89 per pound and that's for a 33lb. sack in bulk.
Anyone find a better price?

I've never bought whey protein isolate in that size before. However, the best discount I've seen is when GNC marks down the IsoPure RTDs. I've bought several of them for as little as $0.64 each (They were marked down to $0.80 per bottle; using my GNC card, I got 20% off that price).
I like the Orange and Fruit Punch flavors myself. Guzzling whey protein drinks that have the consistency of Kool-Aid, instead of an ultra-thick milkshake is fantastic, in my book.

What about the quality? If I go cheap, I just spend the saving I made from the protein and I have to get extra thick and soft toilet paper? I don't know about the rest of you on this board, buts its the same story with my gym buddies.

Have you tried all of the flavors?

Have you tried all of the flavors?
Not yet. I was about to buy this product when I decided to stop buying both, Whey Isolate and Protein blends(Whey + Casein + Egg). I decided to stick with protein blends for a while since I'm on a budget. Buying only one type of protein supplement is already expensive enough. Before I was using AST Whey Isolate for post-workout, great product, but too expensive.

The best deal I have found to date was checking GNC stores for the big buckets of Isopure that are getting closer to the expire date.
They start to mark them down like six months before they expire. I got one of the large containers ( I believe 6 lbs?) for $19.99.

It all depends on how much you take per serving and how much protein you get per scoop. I use natures best 23 grams per scoop (small scoops) I take 3-5 50 gram servings a day. and its only $25. for a large tub 5lbs

44lb of WPI Ultra/Micro filtration process...$4.54 per pound...that the best I have seen and they will supply you with a lab assay which is nice to see in writing what your getting ;)
