Came in looking flat and tired. Was definetly not his best showing

He did the diet thing for too long and lost all his size again. Needs to prepare with less time imo

Actually Shawn rays comments during the show on Luke were pretty spot on. Arms too small compared to delts etc

looked huge in the pics i saw but his shape is ugly.  he has no chance at winning prize money.

Luke looked great a week before the contest but something about dieting down 10 pounds in the last day or so brings out the worst in him.
