Title: whos going to the O from NY ??

Whos going toe the Olympia from the NY Pro?? all of the top five is already going.   Is the rule still in that if they top guys are already in the O, then it goes to the next guys?? so does that mean King Kamali is going to the Mr. O??  I remember, he ended all the 6st place.
