Seems to me that Ronnie keeps it clean. By that, I mean no synthol or any other 2nd tier enhancers. What gear do you reckon he is on? lets say...about 3 months before a contest. Standard GH and test?

I'm guessing some winny about 5 weeks out from the show and relatively high (well, higher than your regular guy) levels of test. Probably the normal amount of GH, but like DK said, we'll never know.
Remember when Dillet was gonna write his gear regimen in the mags and we never heard from him again? We'll probably never get to hear the pro's regimens. Unless one of them tells someone else and they post it somewhere...

his dosages are going to be higher than your average gym rat's purely by virtue of being over 300 pounds at a similar bodyfat. most people you see in a gym who are on a cycle are 230 pounds or less, maybe sitting at 10-11% bodyfat. ronnie at 11% bf would be an easy 330 keeping water loss for a contest in mind, plus having done cycles for the past decade means doing what most do simply wouldn't help. at his size he probably needs a hefty amount simply to maintain.

Yeah but lets bear in mind he has chad nicolls behind him. Im sure between the two of them they have effective strategies for post cycle recovery as well as receptor rejuvenation otherwise how would you explain ronnies ability to suddenly blow up after a few months hiatus from heavy use.

i dont know about that. he goes clean for what, four or five months out of the year? possibly more, he just stops training for that long, he might train clean for a month or two before amping up his usage again. i think that's why he doesn't look as burnt out as someone like nasser who's the same age.

yea this WAS true back in 96 when he competed around 225 or so now he is on everyhting under the sun

That still comes out to 3-4 grams of test per week. I think it's fair to assume that pro bb'ers wouldn't use less then 2-3g's a week.

theres no need to use that amount of mgs, the biggest thing growth does is make your body use steroids better. They may go as high as you have stated on the gh, but the mgs are well off the mark, guys use less steroids now than in the 90s, but use way more growth, slin and IGF, the combo and timing is more important than taking a shitload of mgs,
