Title: bad creatine?

I bought creatine a year ago... didn't use it all, still got some left... creatine can't go bad right?

It should have an expiration date on the bottle!

I had an un opened bottle and it turned to little rocks.  Like coke.  The manufacture replaced it.  Nice guy.

If it's in powder form it should be fine. I had some expensive stuff that was a bit over a year old, and I used it and felt a good pump. If it's a cheap creatine I would go get some new stuff just incase, but I think you should be fine. Get rid of all those little like rock things in it if they've formed though, that's what i did.

it can, if in contact with air, it starts to solidified and denatures itslef, and became raw creatinine if i remember correctly.

What kind of creatine is it? Monohydrates tend to go bad before other kinds.
