Hey gang,
I now have posted on my site 6 short videos of an APA sanctioned benchpress meet in Shreveport, LA. Pay particular attention to one video of a guy attempting to press over 500 plus pounds and his left hand slips from under the bar and the weight lands on his chest!! But he`s a trooper, he stays in the competition. http://www.labodybuilding.com
