Title: My Bodybuilding Library
Post by: MidniteRambo on May 24, 2006, 01:38:28 PM
I hadn't noticed, but there was a growing pile of books in my home gym.  The start of a bodybuilding/nutrition library.  The list:

The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding (Schwarzenegger)
Ultimate Bodybuilding (Weider)
The Gold's Gym Bodybuilding Encyclopedia (Connors, et al.)
Strength Training Anatomy (Delavier)
Bodybuilding A Scientific Approach (Hatfield)
Ultimate Sports Nutrition (Hatfield)
Power Eating (Kleiner)
Sly Moves (Stallone)
Nutrition for Dummies
Idiot's Guide to Total Nutrition
Belly Off Program (Men's Health)
Hard Body Plan (Men's Health)
The Complete Food Counter (Natow et al.)

What other books do you guys have/rely on or think I should add to the collection?

The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding (Schwarzenegger)
