When I was a kid I had the Pumping Iron book and the Arnold and Franco bios and lost them like a fool.

Any book or booklet by Gironda
The white papers and other notes from Art Jones
Any copy of the original IronMan magazine from the 1950's to mid/late '70's
History of old time strongmen in Eastern/Western Europe...including England..some unbelieve lifts and grip/finger strength back in the day...no 'roids just beer.

It seems to be the most comprehensive, advice right up to the point of taking the stage.
Thats the only one I own out of your collection. I definatly enjoyed it.
