He's prepping for the Night of Champions in Sept. Here is his daily diet. Thought it'd be interesting to share. I thought a guy this big would eat more!
1)8eggs/3yolks/2 servings oatmeal
2)protein shake
3)1pound steak/1 cup rice
4)protein shake
5)3/4 pound chicken/steak/or fish/1 cup rice
6)same as 5
3 gallons water every day-crystal lite.
creatine/multivit/advil/cal-mag-zinc.

thats not that much food does it say anything about his real supplements

12 eggs and three pounds of meat per day isn't a lot? granted , i've heard of some pros who eat more but that's still a lot of food.

if meal 6 was the same as 5, damn that would be hard to choke down

Do a quick calculation on the protein grams and let us know if you still really think "that's not that much food"
