Hello fellow natural trainers!
I'm wondering if any of you have tips about how to increase
test level naturally. To get gains test is important, as we all
know. Is is possible to do this? Anybody with experience on
this topic?

Train heavy, 4-8 reps, never doing more 8 on compounds.
5x5, and 6x6 rep schemes boost T.
Not doing high-volume which lowers T. Moderate volume is best 6-8 sets per body part for generally 6-8 reps. A little higher on select isolation movements like lateral raises, rear cable laterals, and so on...
Train hard only 3 times a week.
Tribulus- T-500
Long Jack- Eurycoma 1500 (Personal fav)
Masturbate and or fuck regularly. Get that nut!
Don't go low-carb, ever. Unless it's for a meal or two later in the day.
Don't get married and or have kids, that lowers test levels. (Fact)

Intense cardio also lowers test as well as long distance running.

Try Gaspari, Novadex xt. On bodybuilding.com its 29dollars or so.
Also, never be in the gym more than 30-45 minutes or test drops off.
And Testosterone is a base of cholesterol.......eat red meat and eggs to give your body some test to make.

How so?
Nope, regular ejaculation keeps your system pumping out healthy test levels while preventing prostate cancer. Refraining tells your system "Hey, not getting any action, no need for extra test".
I've read about experiments done showing that men that got married had on average lower test levels than the guys that stayed single. Which makes sense from an evolutionary stand-point. You got the girl, now the test levels lower slightly to help keep you from banging strays. Having children also lowers levels, which makes sense because you become more nurturing and patient without all the test making you edgy and violent.
It's science.

Weight training will increase it. Vegetarians have lower test levels than meat eaters. So eat red meat and saturated fat in moderation. Somebody here posted links to studies showing that alcohol, even in moderation lowers test levels. You also want to keep estrogen levels low. So stay away from soy and soy products.

I remember back in the day when i was always trying to find way to elevate test levels 'naturally'. Now I just use what works...750mg of sustanon a week w/ 30mg of dbol a day.
That usually does the trick. Good luck.

Yeah that will definetly elevate your test levels!
Though it will also elevate your risks for prostate cancer, liver/kidney disease, stroke, heart attack, hardening of the arteries, and lower overall natrual test production years down the line...
But hey, you get to be big for a little while!

Do I could have sex for 3 weeks straight and not be horny enough pass the tenth day unless I jerked off. Just for some reason if I don;t jerk off once in awhile for about a week my sex drive goes down even if I'm fucking the girlfriend. No science no proof just tested and trued. But hell it isnt rockey science
