Here are some pics of me after nearly 2 years of intensive training and a half year of strict diet.
I now weigh in at a solid 103lbs!!
PS. I came straight from the gym when theese pics were taken. Notice the serious pump ;)

nice try we know better. ;) Awesome vascularity. You think he would have fasted for a month but no he started doing cardio and higher reps. Shape drastically improved. 8)

I will give him some credit because that is NOT a very good picture.He posted a couple others before,and he does have some decent triceps..He is only 16 yrs old,so if he sticks with it,and takes his lifting seriously,he will definitely get much bigger...at least I think so. :-\

You have no idea what it takes to obtain a low body fat percentage. You walk around with more bodyfat then Oprah and think your the shit. Maybe if you got below 50% bodyfat youd look halfway decent. Maybe if youd get off your donut diet youd see some results.

i kno who he is...the kid from the pictures you posted. i was making a point, to say i have 50 percent body fat is the same type of exaggeration as saying he weighs 150 lbs. note the "its a two lane road"....use your head. and if hesin the nationals...im gonna start competing, lol
