this dude is just 21yrs old..so i think he is gonna b a top tier bodybuilder for sure..i have never seen calves like that on a 21yr old...

Big, but not defined enough. If you want to see what big and defined calves look like, look at Yates or Dillets calves. They look like someone slice them up with a sword they are so defined and striated.

My calves are close on that big... and I'm natural.
I fact, due to my stuby proportions and short legs, my calves are actually bigger than my feet... which makes them look proportionately bigger than Flex Lewis'.

whats so special about those calves? average size for bodybuilder; good condition; you cant see no body "attached" to the calves so illusion suppose to work here but it doesnt since the calves are not freaky nor are they very big. what you can tell is that the dude use a hell of a good moisturise and that if he's 21 then he got time to work on them so they can be very big by age 30

You guys are funny. Someone should post pics of James in the front. Better yet someone should postl the pics of James with Luke Wood and compare their calf development.

I train the f*ck out of my calves and they suck damn it :'(

i saw a article on him about a year ago or so in flex he said that he had
to stop training his legs so much cuz they were becoming out of proportion
with the rest of his body like tom platz but it´s the truth the guy´s young
and already has better legs than most pros.

i still dont know what you are talking about,,guy's 5'4 right? 5'5 maybe in a good day,, those are 18 inch calves id say less but ill give it 18inch to be kind..also average, simply average physiqe for soon to have pro card. all you can eat diet + bulking hormones + on the spot training.
age is his advantage since only size will win him a pro card if and when and he got plenty of time to grow at 21-22. sounds harsh but i never lie ;)

Hes about to turn 23 in july or august... i cant remember but hes not 21

Flex at the moment is apprrox 20 weeks out in prep for the UKFBB in Nottingham in October
His Calf training is on www. bodybuilding.com 'the fit show' (lethal workout if you want to still walk)
He's 22 turns 23 in November
