Bro,

I thought Memorial day was to honor all the fallen Bodybuilders.

That Don Youngblood and Ed Kawak....I really really miss those two.

I'm married :)

Doesn`t sound so bad.

Usually I love it.  Then I see a Girls Gone Wild commercial and kick myself as I search for the lotion.

140 you need to be like me and just stand against your clothes dryer (if you have one) and turn that bitch on HIGH with a heavy load of beach towels. You'll be screaming Maytag in no time.

My gym was open till 1:00  so I got in a workout. Yesterday I went to Home Depot and got some Lattice to put around the bottom of my deck, which I will be doing today. WOO-HOO it's party time!!  How the mighty have fallen....10 years ago I would be in the Hamptons right now, drunker than a thousand Indians.

I'll keep BB oriented.  Thank you all Vets who have protected us and our country.  Without you we would no longer be able to purchase steroids over the internet and use the USPS to do so.

On this day, I choose to remember the civilian victims - or, as FOX News would call them, "collateral damage" - of US military imperialism in Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Chile, Panama, Laos, Cambodia...

I know that having brown skin means their lives didn't count. But unlike our petro-warriors currently stationed in Iraq, they didn't volunteer to be in a war zone.
