Hi,
I've been having trouble thinking of good protein based (bulking phase) snacks that are REALLY quick and easy. I've been trying out a new couple of ones that I found on the net but am interested to see how some of you guys get by. I am pretty lazy so I pre cook most of the week's meals but just need to get some extra ideas for snacks in between. I am talking about really easy snacks so please no 10 line suggestions. Tins of tuna are killing me...
Thanks

after you cut the meat throw it in a large bowl season it with the powders then take it out of bowl and put it in a ziplock bag and pour in the sauce let marinate for 6 hours after 6 hours take the meat out set it on paper towels and pat dry them off then place an A/C filter on the fan and put the jerky in the grooves of the filter and after you fill all the filters zip tie it to the front of the fan take it out side and leave it on high for 12 hours(overnight) and enjoy i do this all the time it works try it for yourself ;)

i understand this is not exactly quick but when you talk about protein based snacks its hard to beat and the convenience of it is great put it in a bag and eat it out of your pocket all day :)

less sodium, wayyyy cheaper

I've tried that protein pudding with non fat jello mix its fast and easy, sometimes i just eat a can of tuna with crackers and peanut butter which really helps get the tuna down or cottage cheese with diced pineapple is really good.

The coyotes, wild cats, racoons and neighbor's dog would have it gone within seconds. :-\
and then I'd have a real fight on my hands

i had the same thaught as you so i put it on a table surrounded by blinking christmas lights and never had anything attack it or you can leave part of the zip tie in the fan so it makes that loud chainsaw noise,or simply leave it inside
