All in all, i would much rather look like Vinny Galanti , Frank Zane, Shawn Ray, or Chris Cormier...any day of the week, month , year, lifetime, than those monsters (mustafa, Paco,Markus) I mean that just looks Ugly ...

Mustaffa Mohammed was guest posing in the UK this wkend just gone (sunday) in the NW champs in Warrington. He was huge but he just looked like a big blob of mass, no lines or aesthetics whatsoever. The emcee said he was at 21stone (296lbs)

A lil more seperation in the delts, more Quad size and sweep, try doing squats with your legs closer together.
