Trac is good...it also has NO2 in it.

Cheap and effective is Prolab creatine mono...mix 5g's in grape/apple juice twice a day. one of those servings right after your workout.

What about Musceltech?

If you're watching your pennies, your best bet is to use Creatine 6000-ES. A 510-gram bottle should run you between 18 and 25 dollars.

CELL-TECH is my personal favorite. A jug of the current version will run you about $60 ($48 if you shop at GNC and have a Gold Card). Of course, since MuscleTech upgraded its formula, jugs of the old formula have been on sale. I've purchased the 7-lb jugs of the old CELL-TECH for as little as $20.

Another good creatine product is EAS' Phosphagen HP, the first one I used for loading. I think you can get a 4-lb jug for about $25 (maybe less, depending on where you shop).

Whatever choice you make, used with a good diet and training, you should be able to pack on some good size.

Good Luck.

just get yourself a brand by a reputable company, it doesn't have to be 60 or 70 bucks to be good, i use AST's creatine and it works fine and it's only 20 bucks through bb.com.

I recently started taking some creatine from a company called sci-tech, called "attack."   Has creatine, NO, some kind of insulin stuff.  Tastes awful, makes my piss smell worse than an asparagus patch and this morning when I took a dump it looked like a huge bowl of GREEN oatmeal.

Perhaps I should switch back to my old brand...
