I am currently recovering from a semi-aneroxic state. Actually, coined exercise nervousa where I couldnt go a day without some sort of activity. This coupled with what I thought was a good diet of 6-7 meals a day, leaving me stuffed, but extremely calorically insufficient. Cardio was up to 45 mins in the am before breakfast and then train for an hour in the pm.....I have since seeked therapy, revamped my routine and designed a new diet. Quick glance, looks like a decent diet, HOWEVER, for YOU, more carbs are probably in order.
I'm sure you'll get plenty of responses after the weekend.

hey man looks pretty good in my opinion. But no one knows your body but yourself some people bulk up very fast on heavy amounts of carbs and some people don't so try what you got and keep in eye on all measurements and then see if you need to add carbs or cut them....and for your tuna a little tip is to open the can and put it in a strainer and run it under water to get rid of the sodium....since i started doing that it really helps with a cleaner bulk. good luck man let us know how it goes.

thanks fella, the muscle milk is killing my tummy so I dropped it....my pw is lagging too as I train late and only get in a whey shake with celltech (it was free) and and cottage cheese, almonds galore and a casein shake in bed.....sucks?

Cut the cardio eat and train heavy with plenty of protein

everyone says cut the cardio...the cardio is a mere 20-30 of light am walking before I go to work and then sit all day. You think something that could have a detremental effect?

what do you think? 30 minutes MILDDDDDDDDDD walk....just for sanity, wont effect effect me, right?

well, 30 minutes, 3.5mph, 8.5 incline ramp......
I guess I could just 3.5 with no ramp......it's a great cardio session though.....
