You should be doing as much reading as possible. Less looking at supplements in the shop promising you the world and more learning.

do you have a link for this equation?
-
Those weight gainers will get you plenty of weight...it will mostly be fat though :)
If you want to quickly gain weight you can:
1.Use juice.
2.If you are going the natural way....you cant gain real muscle fast this way...sorry.

lot of patience, too.
-
12 whole eggs, 2lbs of ground beef and 4 cups of rice per day is a good start... nice and cheap too
-
you shouldn't be taking weight gainer unless your using steroids thats the only time you need all those extra calories try a good protien shake with plenty of flax seed oil peanut butter sandwiches and drink more than a gallon of water a day one more thing mix your shakes with chocolate milk i put on 10 lbs real quick doing this went from 215 to 225 lbs.
also rest more in between sets and don't do more that 8 reps a set cut down your cardio to twice a week
-
should always have a post workout protein shake...whey isolate or hydrolyzed...with some fast acting carbs.
-
you should be eating... RIGHT NOW!!! ;D

try eating a healthy diet...
i don't know where to start... :-\
-
i forgot to say, that I normally eat a good dinner aswell.....
what should I be eating before I lift?
-
Weight gainers are a waste of money. Stick with protein powder, glutamine, creatine and lots of food and rest. Remember to get 1 gram of protein per pound you weight. Their are charts on the net that will show you how much each type of food gives you. For instance a can of Tuna gives you about 23 grams a boiled egg about 12 grams.
So you definatley need to add in protein shakes throughout the day
-
is there something I can get, that wont give me the shits......because the protien i'm taking seeming to give me stomach problems.

I understand peanut butter sandwiches just fine - ask anyone around here - I UNDERSTAND PEANUT BUTTER :P I guess it's a question of whether someone is looking to put on quality or just add numbers to the scale and secondly, this statement "you shouldn't be taking weight gainer unless your using steroids..." is just flat out stupid.
-

The product you have is not considered a PROTEIN supplement. I'd suggest using something basic and economical such as 100% Whey by ON. Don't trash your existing product, you could use smaller portions of it in your post workout protein shake.
-
try n-large 2 weight gainer. it's good! ;D
-
Hey Football. Get a plain inexpensive whey protein. Natures best is the one I use and its pretty cheap. I take two 2.5 22 gram scoops 3- four times a day between meals and other protein from my food. I mix mine with water since milk gives me cramps sometimes. I also suggest eating yougurt that helps if you have stomach problems from some of the proteins.

Doesn't an egg typically have about 6 grams of protein? Or did you say 12 because Football says he eats 2 before and after lifting?

Good catch ~ you're right

Take ANATOR-P70...by MuscleTech. You will INSTANTLY...just automatically gain 40lbs of rock hard lean muscle after the first sip. Just a tip. Good luck.
-
what should I be eating before I lift?
THat depends on how intense your training is & what you can handle (food wise). I know people who can eat a steak dinner & train right after. I usually have to wait about an hour or more after eating before training.

Move to Vegas. Become a semi-high roller and get free buffets and food anytime you come to the casino. I swear you'll gain as much as you want. Oh and get bit by a brown recluse and have your thyroid go a little haywire and not workout for about 5 years or so. I promsie you will gain weight
-
by the way football, what r your current stats anyway? u never mentioned them...

oh i forgot that you used to play football in school? what's that? you didn't ? oh hohohohahahaha that's why you shouldn't give advice on something you don't know nothing about any coach will tell you wrestling or football i know because i did them both to put some weight on you need to eat your sandwiches and weight gainer is best used when your on the juice because it's an easy extra 2,500 to 3,000 calories when your body will need upward to 10,000
