Title: bulking/cutting

i recently just got done with my mass workouts to try and put on some pounds. i took animal m stak and gained about 7 pounds of muscle. now i am interested in taking a cutter to get a more defined look. If i take something like hydroxycut hardcore or lipo 6 will it kill my gains?
