I remember that video. It was from a bodybuilding special on the Discovery Channel back in the late 1980s.

Lots of Haney, Christian, Bannout, Gaspari and Bob Paris.

Also, you get a good look at that Strydom wig when he's doing lying leg curls at a seminar.

cool clip,i spotted that one acouple weeks,i was trying to find the rare clip of him posing against yates when they were both about 300lbs,i cant seem to find it though

I love the hates who acted like he was so out of shape at those monster weights he was at. He was in better condition than almost all the pros you see today in the offseason.
