Title: vitamins recommended & dosages

I've searched the archives and can't find exactly what I'm looking for. Wondering what vitamins most are taking and what amounts seem to work the best besides just taking a multi-vit. Vit B, C, E, A, Fish Oil, Fiber. if I missed an archive articles I apologize. I looked at about 20 and they didn't clear anything up. So figure figured you guys that have been in the game a while may be of some help.

I take a multi twice a day.  Also take C, E, B6 and Flax Seed Oil.

I don't think you missed anything in the archives.  Good idea.
I'll get a sticky going.

BTW ~ vit A supplementation shouldn't be necessary since it should already be in your multi.  Egg yolks and fortified dairy (milk) are also sources.
