Do you ever sometimes wheather preparing for a contest or not just go on strike with your body? what i mean is that sometimes and it happens to me every couple of weeks I'll just wake up and have no desire to prepare my food and I'll go hungry for a few hours then binge on sesame chicken, not train that day and get back on track a couple of days later. sometimes my strikes go longer but i think that's cause i may be depressed about something at the time.

Every time it happens to me the binge is always on sesame chicken. I saw in one of your DVD's you said it was pizza, popcorn, icrecream, fried chicken and othet stuff.
