Thanks buddy! I takes a big man to admit when he is wrong! Props!! Ya my offseason I tend to enjoy food to much. and being only 5'6" I can pack it on. I lose my lines and my gut can get big! But I start dieting far out and so far have had to doing any cardo before shows!

I had over $10,000 worth of equipment, weights and a lifecycle in my garage. I sold it all at a huge loss and went back to the gym. I got tired of not having use of my garage for anything but lifting.
