What would be a better diet for losing about 15lbs? Staying with-in a calorie deficate with balanced meals of carbs / protien / fat. OR doing a no carb diet?
Losing about 15lbs of fat is my main concern, so losing a little muscle woulnt be a problem as long as i was losing mostly fat.

I seriously doubt very much that your body is going to cooperate w/you here Arnold P.If ppl. could lose 'just' fat then there would be a lot more muscular ppl. than there is walking this earthly plane.Keep your protein high,carbs moderate & fats low & see what happens to you.
