Phil Heath's first national show was Jr. Nationals - Overall winner
Phil Heath's second national show was USAs - Overall winner
No disrespect to Ben but comparing height/weight is where the comparison ends.

Yes but you said he was really awesome and was working with Charles Glass.
He placed 6th in the weakest super heavy line-up ever.

he was in syracuse Ny consulting with charles glass...visted out there twice......now blair lives in Cali...new atmoshpere and will be better....he is only 27

come on people pics?
-
it's bad enough when pros blame their inability to win their class on working with the wrong nutritionist.
But when an amateur gets 6th and cites using the wrong guy, it's worse.
-
PICS? ???
I saw your update. Was hoping for better.
-
He's a fucking monster.

come on people pics?
go to musclememory, look up his name. click on the repetrope icon.

miner was baby jordan. he was the poster child for 'the next ___' not quite working out cause he had small hands and couldn't play D, but was hyped by nike to have jordan's game.
-
Good luck Ben, Bring the gold home bro! 8)
-
Sorry I don't have pix to post, but the heavyweight to watch this weekend is Sean Jones from New Jersey. This Jersey Boy did as well this past weekend as the Broadway Musical about the Four Seasons did. It won the Tony for Best Musical, while he won both the Jersey and Suburban titles at John Kemper's show. Sean Jones. That is the name. Pix to follow tomorrow.
-

ditto, once a new yorker always a new yorker
-
Ben White has won 5 contests in a row and looks awesome.
He did one in Jersey, then Buffalo, then the Metropolitan in NYC,then Syracuse, and finally Rochester.............wi nning them all!!
I would hardly compare him to Heath, but he`s gonna` be a force at the Jr. Nats for sure.
-
How are Ben White and Phil Heath even being put in the same sentence? Is Ben a good bodybuilder?......Sure. But, near as I can tell he has only been up against real competition once (2005 Nationals Heavyweight) and he didn't even make the cut. Looking good on the local stage (Buffalo, NY Met, Syracuse, Rochester) is alot different then looking good on the National stage. By the way, Repetrope has him listed as 29 years old.
There is only one guy I see coming out of NY as a pro this year and its not Ben White.

what about NPCOCK ??
ISNT HE A TOP NATIONAL COMPETETOR WHO GETS ASKED IF HE IS ON STEROIDS AND IS ANGRY THAT PEOPLE ASK THAT CAUSE HE IS ACTUALLY ON STEROIDS BUT NO ONE HERE WOULD GEUSS HE IS CAUSE HE IS 155 lbs soaking wet ...

Royalty usually knows his shit, and keeps it real.
He called the winner of the benchpress challenge eons in advance. So don't write Ben off as the next Phil Heath just yet bro.

Good wheels, arms, small waist.....lats seem to be missing. Curious as to how he looks from the side and behind. Looks good though.

his rookie year's not even done and people are already looking for the next Phil heath.
-
There is only 1 Phil Heat!!!!! >:(
-
Looks like Ben has his hands full with Sean Jones at this show.
I'd say Evan Centopani takes the Super Heavies and wins the whole show, but he's gotta beat Robert Hatch first...

Looks kinda` like Jones has a gyno problem in some pics.
-
the show looks way stronger than last year tought
-
I was at the Rochester show and I saw him. He won by a landslide. Too massive for everyone else. The way he looked there reminded me of Sergio. Look at this pic though. Nice Gyno :)

ben white...
-
As mentioned earlier Evan Centopani was victorious with the overall title.
Note to any competitor - you do NOT want "Royalty" or "Big Bad Leroy Brown" from Mayhem to predict you to win, you will end up falling short. BBL - predicted Mark Dugdale to not turn pro, followed by Phil Heath not to turn pro and this show guaranteed a victory from Robert Hatch.
Ben looked good and props to him for winning his class.
Let's see who rolls into Vegas next mont to go after the two pro cards.

Ben won his class. That is something you couldnt do if you made a fake birth certificate and entered the teenaged class at your hometown show.

Ben and Blair will be competing in The Nationals so please feel free to enter either the heavweight class to compete agaisnt Ben or the Superheavies to face Blair. Either way you wont get a single callout and you will go home dejected and depressed.
