Hey, I've posted here before but it's been a long time. I am 18 years old, I am 5'9 and I weigh 203 lbs. I'm not preparing for a competition and I have a slow metabolism so I know I'm heavy. Just putting these pictures out there for any constructive criticism.

Not bad at all for your age. Work on back and chest. Also, there seems to be a squirrel attached to your chin.

lol, thank you all for the constructive critiscm. I have shaved and thinned out my goatee since then. Those pictures were taken after a week of me not shaving. I have six bands as of right now. 1 breast cancer, 1 livestrong, 1 buckle up, 1 for a girl who was horribly murdered in my graduating class, and then two that I bought out of machine during youth group night at bowling that say "Love Faith Hope" and then just "Hope". I wear those because I feel it's ironic that those came out at that specific time. What part of my chest needs the work, my upper chest? As far as back goes, what do I need to concentrate more on for me, chins or rows? Thank you.

Honestly, at this point I wouldn't worry about things like upper and lower chest, or depth or width of back. You can worry about "bringing up" certain parts later. Just hit all the exercises for both. Hit them hard and heavy and eat your ass off.

from the back you look young, but from the front your facial features make you look much older. thick beard, glasses, you look to be in your 40's

thats cool...However if you are serious about doing a show, lose all the bands(so everyone isn't asking during your wo what they are) and replace them with wrist straps..you can put the others on after your workout and everything is cool...At 5'9 by the looks of you, i have you as a middle weight...that means 176 and under for an NPC show...You would be tall for the middle weight class but concentrate on coming in completely shredded....

lol, none taken. I was hot at my school but you can't expect to be everywhere! I guess I should stick with looking like I'm 45. Maybe I'll try to take a couple years off and go with a 30 year old look, lol.

ALRIGHT! Jeesh, lol, I understand THOSE pictures make me look old. I have never in my life been told I look like I'm 35, or 40 or 45. The oldest I was ever mistaken for in person was 23 years old. Should I start posting pictures with my face and wrists blocked out? lol, maybe then I'd have 15 posts on my physique and not on my hair, beard, glasses, and wrist bands.

If the worst you got nailed for on here was looking old, you're doing VERY VERY good. Take it as a HUGE compliment here.

Ya you made it out alive you could say. Shave your head lose the beard and lift your brains out... Look great for 18 and for the love off god man get into a bar and start plastering old sluts! Use your older look to become the idle of the pre pubescent littler fags moping around school!

Definately loose the glasses and the facial hair. Going forward if you have that much facial hair at 18 youll prob be more hairy. Some guys that are hairy absolutely must keep the body hair down as well it hides muscle Just an FYI as you get older. Everything else looking pretty good keep up the work bro!

Look people want to give you advice about lifting but when you have 6 rubber bracelets and half a goatie there are more pressing concerns than the sweep in your quads
At your age just keep eating and lifting, some things will develop much quicker than others, just concentrate on lifting more and putting on weight, also make sure to train your legs as most guys your age don't
Burn the bracelets
