So I'm into cooking bulk meat at the moment
I don't expect any of you to have personal experience but what is the general time I can keep cooked mince in the fridge for?
(This is kangaroo mince, extremely good quality mince).

it'll last about 3 to 5 days as long as it is wrapped well. It depends on how you cook it (temp and method).

I usually bake any meats that I plan to use myself.Usually I never keep any leftovers after the day 4 mark.

I will eat anything a good week after it has been cooked. Unless you have a strong stomach, I would no suggest it. Personally I think 1 week is max.
