He said those other two competitors have injections in their arms and that they are not lumpy and outright obvious but still noticeable to the discerning eyes. Which two is he referring to?

Gustavo is jealous he also injected synthol...but he missed his arm and inject like half a gallon in his fat head...

Obviously he's talking about Victor Martinez. I'm not sure about the other one, but Victor definitely has injected oil into his biceps. They are out of proportion with the rest of his arm.

I'm not sure who the other one would be. Can't be Jay or Ronnie. But Victor is very obvious to anyone with half an eye for this type of thing. You guys think Synthol makes everyones arms look like Gregg Valentinos, but they do not if used correctly. Gregg is an example of how NOT to inject. He did it too often and in the wrong spots. He managed to get his bi's round but he over did the triceps.

But Victor is a very obvious synthol user in his biceps, and probablyi in other places as well.
