2 cups of oats with cold water and a sprinkling of brown sugar
Meal 2: Protein shake + banana
Meal 3: 454grams of minced turkey mixed with an egg and made into 2 burgers
Meal 4: Cup of oats mixed with protein powder
Meal 5: 454grams of lean minced steak + brocoli, carrots, sweetcorn, peas
Meal 6: Cup of oats mixed with protein powder + 1 small square of dark chocolate
Before i go to bed: a good wank
Total cost approximatley £3.50, don't know what that is in dollars.

Unlike the majority of getbiggers who are millionaire property developers, I'm on a budget and I can't afford to buy steak and chicken breasts every day. Therefore i buy the cheaper alternatives, which are just as nice if you spice them up abit.

It's true. If you're 22, worth $10M+, only nail chicks hotter than any of us ever have, and think that benching 315 is no big deal, you definitely define getbig.

I'm from the uk too and use lean steak mince as one of my principle red meat sources. With it you can do chilli, bolognese and make your own burgers and grill them. Godd stuff.
So far today ive eaten:
7.00am - 100g oats, 250ml skimmed milk, 30g protein powder, tablespoon of natural yogurt
11.00am - protein bar (25g)
1.30pm - protein bar (25g)
4.30pm - 30g protein powder, 30g pure honey
6.00pm - 250g of chicken fillet, brown rice
Poor day. Lack of preparation meant i had to rely on protein bars when i was out, normally it'd be a tuna salad or chicken and rice.
Evening meal is typically half of pound of some lean red meat.

No kidding. Why not just have your chef whip all that up for you and bring it to you on a silver platter.
Today (it's only 11am) I've had a 4 scoop protein pwdr w/ 3 cups milk. 1 banana, 1 bran muffin, 1 cup apple sauce -- that's DAMM good for me!!! And a bunch of water.
...oh yeah, and 10mcg slin ;D

You have to find what works for you. When i first started training i thought a couple of cans of tuna was enogh for me to grow. I bet there are kids on here that think that now. If i eat pasta i get really bloated, even if its wholemeal pasta. I also have a problem with white rice. I've found that oats work best for me.
You have to remember that guys like Segio, Arnold and Mentzer were on huge amounts of gear and it didn't matter what they ate as long as they had enough calories [for proof of this see gh15's posts]

Sculpture where do you go for your food? I get most of my meat from Morrisons, theres usually loads reduced at the end of the day.

Yeah morrisons mate typically although theres a asda, sainsburys and tesco all within a 5 mile radius so i'm spoilt for choice. I feel morrisons is normally the cheapest but abit scarce on the offers unlike tesco and sainsburys which occasionally pop up and make purchases worthwhile.
Late at night all supermarkets have cheap cooked chickens for like £1.50 so theres some hefty protein right there and will keep for a day.

I like going for the reduced cooked chickes too, although i usually have to barge in front of a few old ladies who've been waiting for ages.

I feel that back then they were on less gear than todays stars...and I wasnt tryin to "own" you Im just sayin that what works for some may not be need for others... granted the guys in Arnolds time were less muscular and cut.. but unless your on a stage with the worlds best, why do that to yourself... jsut my humble opinion...I eat 5 meals a day from 7 am to pm ...9..and i find that not much has changed

10:00 1 10 oz coffee, 9 pieces oven roasted turkey breast (healthy choice) 20 almonds, 1.5 scoops VPX ZeroCarb
12:50 1 healthy Choice Bourbon Steak dinner 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 lb broccoli, with 2 tablespoon fat free caesars
Run at 1;30, get back at 2:25
3:00 in a couple minutes 2 cans of canned chicken mixed with 1 cup musrooom and green pepper spaghetti sauce, 2 servings metamucil
I plan on having 3 scoops VPX Zerocarb at 4:30
6:00 I plan on repeatiing meal 4 with 8 oz of Kefir (like yogurt) and 2 yellow squash
9:00 2 Jennie O turkey burgers, 1 tabslp hemp, handful blueberries or cherries
1200am cottage cheese, natty pb.
At 3:00am I'll probably shake up a VPX ZeroCarb with metamucil.

Turns out I only half-cooked it, it began bleeding grease quick. So I put it back on the foreman grill, then I didn't feel like eating it anymore. Bison kind of sucks. And I like to eat light when I have a date that day.

bast you know i tapered off my dick diet to only 50grams a day now since i'm in pre-pride parade mode
i'll start loading up about 3 days before the big dance!

8 eggs, 4 chicken breasts, 2 cans of green beans, 2 cups of brown rice, a gallon of water, 1 glass of milk, a few handfulls of almonds, 2 cups coffee...not all at once of course and it's only 4pm.

2 scoops of mhp probolic banana cream protien with half cup of plain oatmeal with it in the blender
1 heaping scoop of trac extreme no with water so far
on a side note that trac extreme is the best stuff ive ever used in my life,my strength is going up almost every workout and im getting full muscles while my waist is getting smaller,thats a product you should give a try for you guys that are into the creatine/no supplements,you wont be dissapointed

Gayjoanna, Arnold was a prankster, and if you think you built his physique using only beer and pizzas then you're clearly insane. When he came to the UK he ate mainly eggs, chicken and bread [documented]. His beer comment was a thowaway moment from Pumping Iron and obviously not true. With the ammounts of Dbol he consumed drinking beer would have been foolish - and Arnold was no fool.
Lots of protein, medium carbs, low fat + heavy training = big muscles. This is the 'secret formula' of bodybuilding. There is now no point in Getbig ;D
