Normally my last meal is a whey shake with skim milk. If I want to take a zinc supp. as well and not change my shake how should I work it. I know you aren't supposed to take the zinc with calcium. Should I take it an hour before bed then have my shake, or will it still screw things up?? ???

Let's say you go to bed at 11pm...
Have your shake at 10:15pm or so...slug it down and flip through channels, watch Leno or something take that one last right before bed-time piss then go back into the kitchen and take 30mg of zinc w/ magnesium at 250mg and 10-20mg b-6.
Or do the same and just take a ZMA formula instead of plain zinc alone. Drink it down w/ 8oz of water...if you wake up tp pee in the middle of th enight like I always have to...have another shake ready for you in the fridge. Hope this helps...
