I might enter a bench press contest in the 198 lb class. What's funny is that I've lost almost 20 lb so far, but my strength has actually increased on every lift. Whoever says you can't lose weight and gain strength at the same time is full of shit.

i like to sneak in a hardboiled egg or so at night sometime,its usually the days i do legs or back im hungry as hell late at night,nothing wrong with that imo
