guys,
been here aftera long time

can u tell me what are the DOs and DONTS when using CEE???
and why should 1 take it 2 times a day???
planning to take BSN -CELLMASS or SAN-VAULT..
ANY BETTER U SUGGEST?????

well i just started using CEE but i havent used it long so i have no help for u i would just like to see what turns up.... if my gains are better then regular creatine ill tell ya... at least try

all the new creatines are pretty much cee or ce malate. if you are using creatine now its one of those. monohydrate is old school.
