Title: cheap good power supply?

well i play baseball  and i need to become stronger. well i dont need to become stronger but i wanna be the best yall know what im talkin bout. well do yall know of anything that i can take that will help me increase in speed and strength, but it has to be leagal because they are starting to test students in new jersey at the hgih school level for steriods and other products like that. well can u leave me some ideas with a list of ingredients or a place where i can find the ingredients cause i printed off the steriodd/chemicals that we are goin to be tested for. thank you

I don't think you need to take anything. Just train like a basketball player....lunges, one legged squats, jump squats. you will get stronger and faster. Creatine might make you gain some unwanted water weight and size, but you could try it.

I believe he said "baseball", so he would want to train slightly different.
