Title: wrist wrapping

anyone want to go in depth or is there a good how to?

i haven't been doing it but i want to practice and i don't see my trainer again til this weekend...

Diesel had some good videos he put up a while back.  Check the post further down on the board, i think its called is this a good heavy bag.  Diesel put up a good wrist wrapping video and heavy bag workout video

just go to google and type "wrist wrap boxing" i preffer the ribbon method

how long is the typical wrap? mine are 115" and not even CLOSE to being long enough to do a wrap like the instructional tapes are showing!


is it because i have big mits or what?  ???

I only get 180" ones.  I prefer mexican hand wraps as the have a little stretch to them.  Everlast has them and so do most places.
