Well, she is 3 1/2 month now and its the best ever! I'm definitively done competing.....but I'm shooting for FHM in 2 weeks (+another Norwegian magazine).....For the moment, I'm just staying home with the baby.....and train a couple of clients. I will start getting a bit more into personal training again though.....Other than that I got no huge plans as of now.

I remember when I first saw Lena in a Musclemag. She is fantastic looking among all of the other beautiful women of fitness. I always thought you looked better with darker hair. Congrats on the baby.

Wish I would've kept all of those muscle mags from the 70's and 80's

As for the ladies of the 70s and 80s, where are they now? Marla Duncan? Anja, Rachel, Corey. Later years, that chick that used to pose with Trish stratus in the lingerie shots in musclemag. Had a woman looking over my shoulder one day while at a school concert,loooking over my shoulder, She was quite offended by two girls on a horse on a beach. I told her I picked the mag up at the local grocery store.....l
